We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support the Land and Regeneration Team and the wider Strategic Asset Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring full and effective administration within these departments. This position requires a proactive approach to managing various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the team's overall efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the purchase order system to ensure efficient processing of supplier invoices.
- Use Land Registry and mapping tools to determine land ownership and associated rights.
- Manage team email inbox and CRMs, providing timely responses and accurate updates.
- Disseminate accurate and timely information to stakeholders regarding projects.
- Collaborate with the signing and sealing team to process land-related documents.
- Work with housing and finance teams to ensure effective decant programs and prompt Home loss and disturbance payments.
- Investigate and respond to land queries from internal and external customers.
- Analyze data and present stock and land information as needed.
- Draft mail merges for customer communications related to asset projects.
- Perform any other duties relevant to the role.
Desirable:
- Basic understanding of mapping tools.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage workload.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Full driving license and transport for meetings.
