Are you a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset, looking to bring your expertise to a dynamic role? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our Clients Brand Experience team as a Strategic Events Planning Manager (covering sickness absence) in a hybrid working environment.

About You: The successful candidate will thrive in a strategically driven role, ideally having experience in PMO, Sales and Marketing, or Regional roles. You possess excellent communication skills developed through cross-functional collaboration and external agency engagement. Your understanding of customer-centric demands, coupled with a strong business acumen, makes you a valuable asset for the sales and marketing environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in strategic development and delivering successful programs in a customer-driven environment.
• Exceptional project management skills meeting diverse business objectives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills up to Board level, with global cultural awareness.
• Previous experience in corporate events, working collaboratively with agencies.
• Flexibility for global travel with a valid driver's license.

About the Role: As the Events Manager, reporting to the Head of Brand Experience, you'll play a crucial role in the strategic development aligned with the annual marketing plan and launch planning strategy. Working closely with key stakeholders, including Regions and Retailers, you'll define and lead the strategic planning of the Brand Experience team and event projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic development and project management of Brand Experiences.
• Target setting, monitoring, and global alignment.
• Budget management for effective execution.
• Support in planning and delivering various events.

About the Function: The Sales and Marketing Team at Bentley ensures the consistent delivery of the Bentley brand and values through communication, events, retailers, products, and services.
