We are looking for an inspirational Strategic  and Operational Leader to develop our Early Help Strategy to meet new requirements outlined in ‘Stable Home Built on Love’ and Working Together 2023.  You’ll be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of our Early Help Hubs, delivery of the Supporting Families Programme, Early Help Partnership Delivery Plan and our Participation and Engagement Strategy.

We have a proven track record in delivering innovation and you will join a team at the forefront of designing and delivering new services such as our nationally recognised Thriving Babies, Confident Parent Programme and developing Thriving Families Service.

The successful candidate will be a designated Casual Car User which means that car journeys may be necessary on an occasional basis, but are not essential to the role. If you do drive, you must always hold a full valid driving licence and provide your own car for use at work, as well as provide all the appropriate documentation. You will receive an allowance per mile of business use.
 
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
