WHAT'S THE ROLE?

As a future leader you will play an instrumental part to help us shape the future of After Market Services (AMS), across the Northern Europe region.
We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to shape and deploy strategic initiatives across the function, spanning 5 key countries which include; the United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Finland and Sweden.
The key focus of this role is to drive impactful changes in customer experience, differentiated services, service footprint and operational excellence.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As an entrepreneurial business partner, you'll manage strategic aftermarket projects to bring customer experience and service operations to the next level.
You will collaborate cross functionally with Tool Service Centres, hub- and global functions as well as market organisation teams e.g. sales, marketing, logistics, engineering, supply, HR, finance.
As part of this role, you'll have full responsibility of the strategic initiatives from definition to deployment to drive behavioral, operational and financial change with impact
In this role you report to the Head of Service Area Northern Europe and are part of the service area leadership team
