We are looking for a Strategic Projects and Policy Officer.
It is to work full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a hybrid arrangement of 2 days a week in the office.
3 month initial contract and a chance of extension.
This role will develop innovative ideas to improve the whole employee lifecycle including candidate attraction, performance and talent management, staff engagement and wellbeing, reward and benefits management, ensuring KPIs for employee retention and engagement are developed and met.
With excellent communication and high-impact presentation skills, you will have the ability to motivate and encourage creativity in others. You will need to have a high level of personal motivation and be able to display professional credibility to influence senior managers to fully embrace initiatives.
You will be CIPD level 5 certificate in Human Resources
