As the Client Lead for Heat Zone pilot deals, you'll spearhead business development efforts, engage with strategic partners, and drive innovation in the heart of London. With a focus on developing heat zones in the City of London, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating our mission towards sustainability.

What we need from you

• Extensive experience of leading and developing a consultative approach to selling a complex energy solution and strategic partnership at Board / Director level in the target segments preferably in the Energy sector, Solutions, or technical services environment.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close to enable scalable growth with quality, efficiency, and predictability of revenue.
• Experience in influencing and negotiating complex contractual terms.
• Good understanding of the entire value chain for heat network development in particular knowledge of concept development, business development, proposition development, commercial viability, local supply chain development, legal, detail design.
• Previous experience in a leadership position including development of strategic business plans and managing a high performing team / business unit
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with others.
