The role of Strategic Safeguarding Assurance Lead is an exciting new role and will play a key part in developing and overseeing Quality Assurance processes in relation to Adult Safeguarding within the Strategic Safeguarding Team (Part of the Strategic Safeguarding Policy Practice and Quality Assurance Service.)
The role will lead on improving outcomes for people who have had experience of Adult Safeguarding, and you will have a specialist level of adult safeguarding knowledge and Adult Social Care legislation. The role will support with delivering Adult Social Care’s Making a Difference Every day approach.
You will develop effective partnership working, gather feedback, provide evidence of undertaking appropriate actions and measure the impact of this work to assure safeguarding practice and where appropriate provide evidence for partners of Adult Social Care practice.
The position will be based in Maidstone, Invicta House – Hybrid Countywide Role.
