Street Lighting Routine Maintenance Operative

FM Conway is currently seeking a Street Lighting Routine Maintenance Operative to join our Street Lighting division. As our Street Lighting Routine Maintenance Operative you will be working on height and reactive Street Lighting Routine Maintenance across a range of high-profile projects in Central London. This is a permanent, full time position based in Central London.
The duties of the role will include:
- Working within health and safety plans, method statements and risk assessments
- Carrying out pre-planned Routine Maintenance and inspectors on Street Lighting furniture
- Ensuring that all site works are executed in a time and cost-efficient manner whilst ensuring regular liaison with the supervisor
- Maintaining plant, vehicle and materials record sheets to support the works programme as well as ensuring that all plant is fit for purpose and maintained to required standards
-Assisting in the business development of the Street Lighting division
What skills and experience do you need?
You will have previous experience of working in the Street Lighting industry as well as installation and removal of brackets and lanterns experience. You will hold the following:
-214 Safe Isolation
-210 G39 certification
-IPAF 1b qualification
This role will involve travel to other FM Conway and customer locations therefore, you must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving licence.
