Established in 2021, AllPoints Fibre has grown from regional roots in Jurassic Fibre, Giganet and Swish Fibre, to establish a national wholesale network.

To help us achieve this mission we need a Streetworks Coordinator to take us on this journey.

We are on the lookout for a Streetworks Coordinator to support the roll out of full fibre broadband and the expansion of our network. You will be responsible for supporting the streetworks and compliance team, and associated processes to ensure targets and performance goals are met.

About you:

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft Suite and be a quick learner as you will be learning lots of new Streetworks systems! You will be exposed to permit applications, FPNs and defects, so a team player who can communicate and pick things up quickly is exactly what we are looking for! If you are a reliable individual who is passionate about streetworks then we would love to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

  • To monitor and report on jeopardy status of permits including but not limited to starts & stops, validity periods, registrations etc.
  • To monitor, action and report on FPN’s & Section 74’s that carry legislative and financial risk, following our complete validation and cost recovery processes.
  • To monitor, action and report on reinstatement defects and interim reinstatements and assist in their required follow up actions.
  • To monitor and report on internal inspections raised by our Compliance Engineers as well as liaising with them to resolve these with our Build Partners
  • To address L.A queries in a timely and professional manner and liaise with them on Streetworks related concerns, queries and comments.
  • To attend internal and external meetings and recording data/meeting minutes when & where required.
  • To support Streetworks department and collaborate with others.
  • To monitor, report and forecast potential Streetworks costs.
