Job Title: Strength & Conditioning Coach (FP & YDP) Salary: Dependent on skills and experience Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (flexibility needed to work some evenings and weekends) Deadline Day: 7th March 2024 Start Date: We are looking for this role to begin at the start of the 24/25 season, from 1st July 2024 (subject to satisfactory employment vetting and safer recruitment checks) About Brighton & Hove Albion FC We compete at the highest levels of football on a global stage whilst keeping our Sussex community spirit. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Boy's Academy Start a career with the Seagulls in a category 1 academy as a Strength & Conditioning Coach. This role will assist and develop the Academy's Strength & Conditioning department in line with the club's strategic objectives and the Elite Player Performance Plan. You will provide Strength & Conditioning coaching to all Academy squads including field and gym-based performance/recovery sessions. About you We are looking for someone with previous experience in the provision of Strength & Conditioning services to elite athletes and coaches, which should include work with high performance teams or squads. The successful candidate will also have experience in the design, implementation and monitoring of Strength and Conditioning programmes. This role is as much about skill set as it is about the person. You must be someone that works well as part of a team and remains calm under pressure.
