What will you be doing?

As a Stress engineer, you will join the Derby team to support our activities within the Aerospace sector.

AsaStress Engineer,your main responsibilities will be:

• Performing stress analysis, using standard classical methodsand computational tools, along with some fatigue analysis
• Ensure the modelling and analysis configuration
• Contribute to structural analysis reports
• Take part in the Finite Element modelling
• Identify any structural modifications required

• Experience of developing novel repair solutions
• Experience with Stress engineering / FEM / Vibration analysis/ Hot equipments
• Experience using a wide range of hand calculation methods
• Experience using Hypermesh, Nastran / Patran, ISAMI, Abaqus
