WANTED – Ambitious Structural Design Engineer who enjoys working on a range of Structural Engineering projects. You will be developing designs & detailing of Concrete & Structural Steel engineering schemes. You will get the chance to work across a wide range of sectors including Marine, Rail , Light Industrial, Airports & Highways.
WHERE YOU WILL BE WORKING- From your home office with visits to sites . You will also be required to visit the Fareham Engineering HQ 1 day a week.
WHERE ARE THE PROJECTS- Predominately Greater London , Surrey , Hampshire , Berkshire, Dorset & N. Devon
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING -Undertaking site survey’s, developing designs & detailing of Concrete & Structural Steel engineering schemes, carrying out site inspections & working with site-based project managers to deliver works, developing fee proposals, mentoring junior Structural Designers
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS- You will have a Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering & have a right to work in the UK, ( Sponsorship not available)
YOUR EXPERIENCE- UK Experience of developing structural engineering designs using tools such as Autodesk Robot , Tekla Structural Designer or similar. Experience of working in the UK is a must have.
THE PACKAGE : £60k-£70k Basic ( DOE) , 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, Private Medical, Car allowance, Company Pension, Ongoing training and development, Home office set up ( there is an expectation to attend the Engineering HQ at least in Fareham at least once a week) Uplift for the occasional Night shift and weekend work ( if required) . Support to achieve Chartered Status
