Erigo are seeking a self-motivated team member who is keen to work on exceptional and award-winning projects.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in the production of accurate and efficient construction drawings from 3D BIM models using Revit.
Working closely with the company’s structural engineers and liaising with different architects and contractors, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and co-ordinated designs for interesting and challenging projects.
Using a variety of construction techniques including modern methods of construction, your work will vary from concept to drawings and steel fabrication, concrete reinforcement and structural detailing.
Professional qualifications and experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with 3D BIM modelling using Revit. Working knowledge of AutoCAD to facilitate transfer of information. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Basic knowledge of Building Regulations as minimum, strong knowledge preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills Evidence of producing practical and buildable drawings including steel and concrete reinforcement. Some site experience would be preferred.
This is an opportunity to work alongside and learn from an accomplished Civil Engineer, with a breadth of experience from 25 years running his own practice and 16 years serving with The Royal Engineers.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work independently, whilst working as part of a small team. Confidence and competence are key, with personal ambition for development
Driving licence and own car is essential, standard mileage rate on client business will be paid.

Working Opportunities
Flexible working is available, with a requirement to work a minimum of 22 hours a week from the Erigo offices in Stonegate.
