As Structural Engineer for Engineering UK , you will be working in a growing team of highly competent designers and engineers.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions, production and checking of design deliverables, input to planning and progress reporting and producing detail design estimates and tendering.
The ability to work in a team environment and be willing to bring enthusiasm is essential. Our future team member should be self-driven, pro-active, enthusiastic team player and have a wide experience in offshore engineering preferably specific to drilling.

Essential
- Degree qualified, or appropriate experience
- STAAD Pro experienced and competent
- Experience and competence with structural hand calculations to first principles
- Structural brownfield experience of offshore installations
- Knowledge and experience of applicable UK legislation and standards, European and International standards, offshore codes & standards
- Chartered Engineer membership
- Awareness of applicable design software packages
- Knowledge and experience of offshore drilling facilities
- Offshore survey experience and valid certificates
