Estimator duties include:
- Receiving enquires and reviewing drawings and specs.
- Work on your own, as well as with the in house Engineers and Estimators where needed to produce quotes for portal frame and beam and stick structures.
- Carrying out material take offs and assigning times/costs for the full scope of work.
- Liaise internally and externally if needed to ensure accurate pricing.
Estimator requirements:
- Proven experience working as an Estimator is essential.
- Experience working on varied structural steel is essential.
- Have excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Live in/within a commutable distance of the office – this is an office based role.
