Resource Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Structured Confirmations Drafter to join our client, a leading Asian investment bank and financial services company.
Role Objective: You will be drafting structured OTC confirmations for Equity, Rates, FX, Commodity, and Credit Derivatives on behalf of European-originated businesses and being the dedicated EMEA resource for ISDA product knowledge including assisting Operations with dispute resolution issues about documentation drafted both by the Structured team and also by Operations.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Utilise product and technical knowledge to interpret term sheets/other trade info translating these into ISDA-compliant documentation.
• Drafting of Long Form Confirmations (where no ISDA Master Agreement exists), coordinating the LFC process, and monitoring practices according to the company's guidelines.
• Preparation and maintenance of product templates
• Preparation of pre-trade drafts for Business & desk legal
• Provide ISDA product technical support for EMEA region including assistance to Operations relating to dispute resolution for outstanding documentation issues and ISDA & inter-dealer Ops working groups.
• Migration of commoditised product drafting to Operations, including training of Ops staff on templates
• Responsible for helping to maintain and update netting flags in the internal systems.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of structured drafting experience in Equity Derivatives. Similar experience in FX, Rates Commodity, or Credit Derivatives.
• Understanding of ISDA product Definitions, product templates, and the ISDA Master Agreement & CSA.
• Working knowledge of developments within the OTC market through familiarity with ISDA working groups and protocols.
• Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
• Responsive to Business requests for pre-trade drafts, including LFCs.
• Familiarity with document tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to instruct and convey technical knowledge.
• Superior organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
