Responsibilities
• Help sales book trades and prepare relevant documentation.• Interface with clearers and paying agents to help issue products.• Develop automations to speed up product setup and reporting.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the FCA.• Adhere to the operational risk framework for the role.• Comply with the FCA's Code of Conduct.• Carry out regulatory activities under the Marex Financial and Marex Group trading books.• Liaise with clients in Switzerland, the EU, and the UK.• Adhere to internal policies and report any breaches to Compliance and/or supervisor.• Escalate risk events immediately.• Provide input to risk management processes.
Requirements
• VBA and Python coding experience.• French/German/Spanish language skills are a plus.• Basic knowledge of derivatives and financial markets.• Some previous experience in a front office role in finance preferred.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Collaborative team player with positive work environment.• Curiosity and ability to multi-task.• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure.• Resilient in a challenging, fast-paced environment.• Ability to take responsibility in a high-volume environment.• Strategic collaborator with insight and agility.
