About the Department:
Academic Services is located within the Directorate of Student and Academic Services and provides high level, professional administrative services to staff and students across SOAS. Other teams within the Directorate include: Access, Participation and Student Success, Careers, Registry, Student Experience, Engagement and Retention, Student Advice and Wellbeing.
About the Role :
The aim of the role is to provide full and comprehensive Student and Academic Support and record maintenance for programmes across one or more Colleges, delivering excellent customer service in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the School, and acting as the first point of contact for Student and staff enquiries.
The role holder will be expected to contribute to excellent service delivery standards by providing information, support and high-quality customer service to academics and students in accordance with agreed standards to enhance the student experience.
