The salary range for this role is £27,969 to £29,812 per annum based on a 36 hour working week, 39 weeks per year.

About the Role
We are looking to appoint an inspirational person to join our Student and Family Engagement (SAFE) Team supporting the 'ASPIRE Project'. To deliver a high-quality mentoring provision to our students and to support and promote an inclusive culture that enables students to achieve their best and overcome barriers to learning and participation. 

The successful candidate will be joining a fun, creative team on an exciting new project that offers students a full time, tailored package of education suited to their individual needs, with vocational courses alongside English, Maths and Personal Development qualifications. 

This role is for 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday, term time only to start 1 September 2024.

The ASPIRE project will be run at our satellite location in Leatherhead. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting diverse young people to achieve their potential. They will have experience of mentoring young people, a good all-round knowledge of supporting the education of students who exhibit challenging behaviour, and excellent organisational skills.
