The Tokyo College of Sushi and Washoku London us due to open its doors in the third quarter of 2024 and will offer places on a series of 6 monthly courses and some incentive short courses for up to 40-60 students at a time. An individual is required to join the team who will manage and administer the search for students to attend these courses. You will be responsible for providing an end-to-end point of contact for prospective students and be able to demonstrate a strategic approach to the management of this function. Working alongside an established PR agency you will have an input into the marketing of the college and be savvy with the use of various social media platforms. You will also be responsible for working with the website designers to ensure information about the college and its courses are kept current. Previous experience working in the education sector will be important and exposure to the hospitality sector would certainly be beneficial. A strong interest in Japanese food and culture would be advantageous.
