Overview:
Working for a leading training and development organisation, you will proactively support, develop and motivate adult learners (16+) working towards professional work based qualifications. You will receive a holistic induction & ongoing training to support your transition into the role and sector.
A typical week:
- Support enrolment of students
- Complete progress reviews with students
- Respond to student requests & queries
- Handle related administration & compliance
You will need the following for this role:
- 2 years experience engaging students/learners
- Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)
- A high level of administration, organisation & IT skills
- Car driver (desirable)
