THE POST - Student Enhancement Developer- REQ000055

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to showcase innovation and creativity with the Professional Services team, contributing to a wide range of recruitment and retention projects.

You will join a dedicated team who strive to continuously inspire our students and wider University community and, through working with colleagues delivering modern teaching and impactful research, will ensure the School can continue to deliver innovative solutions to some of the world’s biggest challenges.

The successful candidate should have the following:

  • Educated to Honours Degree level.
  • Experience of working in an HE environment.
  • Experience of writing reports and designing and delivering presentations.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data and reports to provide appropriate management information clearly in relation to School activity.
  • Experience of motivating and persuading individuals with differing priorities and influencing change
  • Demonstrable ability to develop, implement and review operational procedures
  • Ability to take a creative approach to problem solving and responding flexibly to change
