Derby College Group (DCG) have a new opportunity for a Student Experience & Pastoral Coach to join our team and work alongside specific academies to identify students in need of pastoral support. This is a great chance to join a supportive and vibrant team within the College, and you will see first-hand the positive impact you make on the lives of our students. You will work directly with the students and their families to establish and implement a Pastoral Support Plan, with a specific focus on attendance and behaviours.
About you
You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and hold a level 3 in coaching and/or mentoring or a willingness to work towards this. You also will be a Mental Health First Aider or willing to work toward achieving this.
