Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of processing applications and enrolments promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with College standards and contributing to meeting target numbers.
- Showcase meticulous attention to detail to maintain the integrity of the application and enrolment process.
- Handle the collection of fees with precision, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial transactions and compliance.
- Provide valuable insights and advice on available financial support options to empower students in making informed decisions.
- Serve as a front-line representative in the Student Hub, providing a warm and inclusive environment for students, prospective students, and stakeholders.
- Foster positive interactions to enhance the overall experience of individuals visiting the Hub.
- 2+ years experience in a Student Hub role or equivalent.
- Prior experience of working in a college environment or any other educational institute.
- 5 GCSE's minimum grades A* - C.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
- Demonstrable experience of providing a front-line service.
- A clean, Enhanced DBS is required for this role, candidates without this will not be considered.
