CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced and creative Student Recruitment & Marketing Manager to join a fantastic organisation within the education sector. This is not your ordinary desk job – it's an office-based role that will challenge and reward you every step of the way.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning and execution of annual marketing activities.
• Identify and establish new channels for Student Recruitment and business growth.
• Analyze and gather data to support the creation of effective business strategies.
• Actively engage with online inquiries through the College's chat service.
• Keep abreast of education sector news and trends.
• Flexibly work outside regular hours to support the Marketing team at internal and external events, including exhibitions.
• Contribute to the creation of policies, guidelines, and support materials for the course advisory team.
• Manage and report on the marketing budget allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Previous work in Higher Education or a similar field.
• Previous Marketing experience within Student Recruitment.
• Past experience in B2C/B2B sales roles.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with a diverse range of individuals.
• Compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• Effective department management skills.
  

SALARY:

Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

HOURS:

Office based Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday to support with events.
