HOURS – 37.5 HRS ON SITE (8AM – 4.30PM OR 9AM TO 5PM)

A highly regarded hospitality management institute are seeking a Student Registry Services Assistant to join their friendly and dynamic Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international company.

About You
You will have a level 5 equivalent or higher. You will have previous experience of working in an academic administrative position, ideally with a solid understanding of educational processes applied to hospitality schools, preferably within an international company. You will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and experience of delivering good customer service, be a team player with a positive attitude. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft office (excel in particular), with the ability to work accurately and effectively to high-pressure deadlines. French and/or other languages would be an advantage.
Your Responsibilities
Assisting the Student Registry Services Officer with the following processes:
- Monitoring of the department mailbox and answering day-to-day queries;
- Following up and producing various documents upon student requests;
- Assisting with student registration in various systems;
- General tracking and follow-up on various student-related processes;
- Coordinating master documents allowing an overview of students;
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and statistics;
- Assisting with examinations logistics;
- Monitoring the student absence management system including reporting;
- Assisting with timetabling
- Participating in projects, as required by the institution;
- Performing any other duties as assigned from time to time by the School
