SalaryAre you highly organised? Can you provide a high standard of customer service? We are looking for part time, term time only Student Support Advisor (Maternint Cover) to join Buckinghamshire College Group, based at our Amersham Campus.
Our Student Services Team is here to advise and assist students with financial problems, home troubles, accommodation or issues relating to your course, including
- Child Exploitation
- Safeguarding & Prevent
- Confidential matters
- Sexual health
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Provide financial, health and welfare services to students.
- Process applications for financial support, process payments and make referrals to external agencies.
- Give advice and support to students on personal matters
