Student Services Manager

The College is looking to appoint a skilled, knowledgeable and forward-thinking individual to join our Management Team. The Student Services Manager is a crucial post within the Management Team, contributing significantly to the future success and development of the College. The successful candidate will lead on both the strategic and operational management of the Student Services team. The Student Services Manager will work closely with Curriculum and other Support teams to ensure high quality Customer Service and IAG is provided to all clients. Effective and timely Customer Service and IAG will help to increase overall learner numbers, attendance, retention and achievement. The post holder is responsible for the day to day running of Student Services, whilst ensuring effective utilisation of resources, staff, and budget, and providing a responsive and flexible service to students and college staff.

The successful candidate will be qualified to at least level 4 in a related subject, and will have a Customer related focus, as well as excellent organisational and administrative skills.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £38,397 rising to £41,898

Tenure: Permanent
