The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a new Student Success Coach to support our Students, to be based in our Holborn / Tower Hill Study Centre 2 days a week.

This is a crucial role in the Student Success team and will be responsible for supporting a case load of students throughout their academic life cycle (from enrolment to graduation) from a pastoral perspective. You will deliver proactive coaching and mentoring support via early intervention and outreach activities, and will work proactively in collaboration with colleagues to ensure the highest levels of experience of onboarding, personalised advice, guidance and customer service are provided in the area of student services and wellbeing support, signposting to specialist services as required.

About You:

You will need a degree, along with experience of coaching / mentoring students or customers to meet their own goals and achieve. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, along with demonstrating empathy, being able to manage expectations and inspire others, and able to relate to people from a wide range of different backgrounds. Experience of working in Higher Education is essential for this role; coaching and / or counselling skills training would be an advantage.
