You will look after the whole of the studio in terms of facilities, health & safety, IT, reception and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.
You will meet and greet clients as they arrive to the studio, providing refreshments and getting them settled in a meeting room.

- 12 month maternity contract
- 5 days a week in the London office (near Notting hill)
- Job spec attached
- February start ideally
- £40k-£45k
The role:
- Manage the front of house team
- Control the studio budget
- Manage the company mobile phones
- Show new starters around the office & facilities
- Get new starters set up with their IT and equipment
- Manage any maintenance issues in the building when needed
- Negotiate supplier contracts (plumbers/ cleaners/ electricians etc)
- Manage the health and safety and fire safety of the building
- Support with staff travel arrangements when needed
- Arrange couriers, taxi's etc
- Coordinate company meetings and Senior leadership team meetings
- Organise company events, summer & Christmas parties etc
The person:
- Ideally experience working in a creative environment
- Naturally organised
- Forward thinking and a good problem solver
- Great at building relationships
- Previous fire marshal experience if possible
- Management experience preferred
