Studio Operations Manager

Job Description

We are working with a small but growing delivery led creative agency based in London who are looking for a Studio Operations Manager to ensure their team of artworkers function in the most efficient and effective way.

This is a new role within the agency and requires an experienced Studio Operations Manager to work with the various internal stakeholders to plan workload, schedule work and traffic projects through a busy design and artwork studio.

You will chair weekly planning meetings and manage both short term and long term workloads, sourcing freelance help as and when required as well as managing the admin of timesheets and ensuring the team are fully motivated at all times.

This is a key role in ensuring that the studio functions efficiently and harmoniously with the most appropriate artworkers being allocated to each project and work being briefed correctly and accurately.

You will need to be a highly organised individual with a background in resource/traffic management or studio management and experienced in managing a team of artworkers to ensure everyone is working to their full potential.
