We are on the lookout for a creative and enthusiastic photographer to become the next shining star in our close-knit team!

What’s in it for you?

• Competitive Package: Starting with a base salary of £22,000 during your initial training, and quickly moving to £26,000 OTE (inc bonuses) once you’ve mastered the art of both photography and viewings (estimated time frame approx 2-6 months depending on the individual)
• Full Time Position: 5 days per week including at least one weekend day and 2 evening shifts per week
• Enhance your skills: We invest in you! We have high standards for our clients, so we will ensure that you have comprehensive in-house training to elevate your skills in both photography and client interactions.

The Role:

At Bartley Portrait Studios, we steer clear of capturing the ‘ordinary’ family photo production line. Our mission is to craft something truly unique and personal for each client, providing a photographic experience unlike anything they’ve witnessed before. As a vital member of our team, your role involves photographing families with children of all ages, including newborns and dogs. Your focus is to deliver an exceptional and enjoyable experience, creating fantastic photographs that will be cherished and proudly displayed on their walls for years to come. From the initial welcome to the final design and print, you will ensure that we not only meet but exceed all expectations.

• Vibrant personality, displaying strength, confidence, and natural enthusiasm.
• Well presented along with exceptional personability, particularly adept with individuals of all ages, especially children.
• Inherent passion for delivering top-notch service to customers consistently.
• Embraces values of honesty, integrity, empathy, and patience.
• Diligent, hardworking, and conscientious in all tasks undertaken.
• Exhibits strong organisational and time management skills.
• Resides locally (ideally within a 30-minute drive).
