Studio Supervisor – Account Management
London – hybrid
Contract – – Up To £350 per day (Inside IR35)
Our global media client is looking for a Production Supervisor to ensure effective cost management and account administration global creative production projects.
Do you have working experience supporting international projects for the media industry, within a Studio Supervisor/Studio Accountant position? Have you worked across chaneels or streaming platforms? Can give consistency to Vendors and Internal Managers alike and can you underpin the cost management process for large budgets for production and localisation?
Key responsibilities:
- Cost reports and up to date forecasts.
- Accurate tracking throughout the project life cycle, alongside PM.
- Assisting with effective cost management & co-management of creative production budgets.
- Providing regular prepare cost reports and quarter close supporting Director.
- Track local market recharge process into regional budget.
- Review and track external quotes from agency.
- Analyse 3rd party production + localisation budgets for cost effectiveness.
- Prepare competitive bid forms to comply with procurement policy.
Skills Required:
- SAP / Coupa management system experience.
- Ability to create financial documents appropriate to business needs.
- Familiarity with production budgets.
