Sub-Agent - Plymouth

We're looking for a Sub-Agent to join a marine-based civil engineering contractor, based in Devon. 
The Sub-Agent role will be to support the Project Manager to specify, schedule and manage the engineering resources on a civils job in Plymouth. The job includes:

• Piling
• Demolition
• Pre-cast Concrete works 

Responsibilities
As a Sub-Agent, you'll be required to be the interface between the site and the lead PM, tasked to achieve project delivery to the customers objectives.
Your day to day will include:

• Day to day operations and paperwork 
• Support with cost management of the project
• Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded
• Supervise site activities and manage the sub-agent team
• Quality assurance in accordance with the specification 

  
What are we looking for?

This role of Sub-Agent would be ideal for you if you have the following: 

• Relevant construction related degree/HNC
• Marine or Heavy Civils project experience  
• SMSTS
