Due to growing our student numbers we are building capacity in many subjects and have some amazing opportunities. This is an exciting time in our school journey as we have just received a ‘GOOD’ from Ofsted in December 2022, which we are incredibly proud of and have some great ideas of how we are going to embed further practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to lead our Technology faculty. We are seeking someone with a commitment to excellence who will be able to teach Technology, any specialism, to A Level standard.
The successful applicant will:
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching and learning;
- Be able to teach Technology up to A Level;
- Have a record of consistently delivering strong GCSE and A Level results across a range of ability levels;
- Have an ability to engage, enthuse and motivate students and staff;
- Deliver a curriculum that inspires and engages students and provides an aspirational and challenging learning experience;
- Be able to lead the strategic direction of the faculty;
- Be able to ensure the continued delivery of high quality learning and teaching within the faculty;
- Be able to line manage staff in the faculty;
- Possess the skills and determination to make a profound difference to the lives of our students by sharing our belief in the highest standards of academic achievement in an inclusive setting
