Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent attention to detail and great IT skills? We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Submissions Administrator to join a growing and vibrant organisation working within the Eco Energy sector.
In the Submissions Administrator role, you will be:
- Overseeing Eco4 submission documentation, ensuring adherence to OFGEM regulations.
- Conducting thorough information checks on submission packs to guarantee the accuracy and relevance of information for installer teams.
- Optimising documentation processes and generate automated reports.
- Collaborating with Installers to secure necessary documents for the submission process.
- Keeping internal processes up to date for real-time progress visibility for the Submissions Manager and the leadership team.
- Managing customer-sensitive data according to ICO guidelines, including benefit checks, proof of residence, and identification documents.
To be considered for the Submissions Administrator role, you will need:
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role would be desirable.
- Strong sense of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Exhibits excellent organisational, analytical skills and IT skills, using a variety of different software packages.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
This is a full-time, working Monday to Friday with different shift patterns on offer (9:00am to 5:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm). The hourly rate for this position is £12.00 per hour + holiday pay and is temporary ongoing for the period of approximately 6 months, with the view for the role to go permanent for the right candidate. The role is based in the organisations new offices located near Llandudno.
