Delivery of KPIs in line with contract agreement to help evidence our servicedelivery. Delivery of awareness sessions linked to Substance Misuse. Joint multidisciplinary collaboration with all stakeholders such as Healthcare,offender management team, safer custody, Community CDTs and CPNs etc. Caseload of complex and non-complex clients. Supporting colleagues and managers with new initiatives and service offers, andany reasonable requested Activity. Care planning of a clients recovery journey which is person centered and putsthe client at the focus of all decision making. Supervision of Nurse Associates and support workers.
