Responsibilities and Duties
The Subway Assistant Store Manager duties include but not limited to:
- Helping with the recruitment of staff and overseeing the in-store training program.
- Motivating, mentoring and coaching team members.
- All Inventory and cash control systems.
- Working on and implementing local marketing initiatives and may contact prospective customers to promote sales.
- Maintaining accurate business records, working to remain within Company Budgets.
- Delivering and demonstrating exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
We are interested in speaking with people that have a background or experience in the following-
- Previous Managerial Experience within Fast-food, Deli Counter or Restaurants
- Excellent communication skills: especially verbal
- Ability to manage all levels of employees
- Computer knowledge is desirable
- Customer Service
- Food Handling
1 Year, experience in a Managerial or Supervisors role working within a challenging fast paced, team environment, in the Food/Quick Service Restaurant would be preferred. Any previous Subway Experience or knowledge would be also be beneficial.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
