Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, customer services, and food production.
- Manage and coordinate operations, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain adequate stock.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in the industry.
