Are you currently studying a degree and looking for opportunities in the summer to apply your skills and knowledge to the workplace and gain valuable work-related experience?
We are seeking students looking for employment in the summer between their first and second year of study or between their second and third year.
Your Role
Your role will be to work with colleagues in Transformation and Learning and Development working on a council wide project. Organisational Career Mapping will entail meeting with key professionals about the roles in their teams and essential knowledge and skills needed at every level. Being supported by our Organisational Development Graduate you will learn project management skills and apply them.
About You
If you think you can make a difference, then this role might just be for you. This is an opportunity to work in a large oragnisation, work alongside professionals in many fields and develop project management skills.

Start date: In line with our ‘Day One: NEL Induction Process’, we would like to aim to have the successful candidate in post by 3rd June 2024

This role is a blended working role (the duties of the role may require a blend of home & office working in line with needs of the service)
