Grade UE03: £21,978 to £22,681 per annum, pro rata + 30% premium band for flexible working. (A revised salary range for this grade of £22,214 to £24,248 is planned to take effect from Spring 2024).

CSG / Accommodation, Catering and Events

Fixed Term Contract – 27th May – 17th September.

Part Time - 28 hours per week (7-days-on 7-days-off weekly schedule).

The Business Development team are looking for experienced Summer Night Reception Assistants who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent standards of customer service.

The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and customer-experience focused individuals to join Accommodation, Catering and Events as a Summer Night Reception Assistant to help our teams deliver a high, consistent standard of customer service.

The successful candidates will be based at our Reception Centre located at Pollock Halls; however, flexibility is required to support our other hotels which are offsite. Those successful in this role will work closely with the wider team to provide high-levels of customer service. This will involve dealing with in-person enquiries as well as communication via telephone and email.
