Your Tasks
- Perform all allocated administrative tasks for the site in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with internal/external parties when required.
- Operate all office equipment, photocopy, fax, scan etc.
- Assist in site recruitment and selection administration procedures.
- Assist with project work when required.
- Assist in production of reports, statistics and other written documents.
- Attend training courses and meetings as necessary as agreed with the Departmental Manager.
Our Requirements
- Undertake any other reasonable task as commensurate with the position.
- Undergraduate studies in business or relevant discipline; or good standard of education, Highers or equivalent preferred.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be well organised, efficient, good interpersonal skills.
- Interested in Business/Human Resources as a career.
- Driving licence preferred.
