Estates & Facilities are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and customer focused team member to work within the student accommodation department.

A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required along with the ability to learn other software systems used by the University.
The main focus of the role is to provide a high quality of customer service.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Act as first point of contact within Student Accommodation.
- To provide an effective accommodation booking service, recording: manually or electronically.
- Welcome students and guests, dealing with unexpected changes and minor complaints.
- To have responsibility for key/key card management, payments and recording of maintenance issues.
The successful candidate should:
- Possess excellent administrative, written and oral skills
- Be highly organised and motivated
- Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 2, £21,543 per annum pro rata (£11.35 per hour).
