We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Liverpool Street location.
Job Summary:As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance operations within our properties. You will lead a team of skilled electricians, ensuring all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards, complying with health and safety regulations. Your role will involve both hands-on electrical work and administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical maintenance team.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and safety checks.
• Manage the procurement of electrical supplies and equipment.
• Provide training and support to junior team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software.
• Flexibility to work on-call and respond to emergencies outside regular working hours.
