Taking orders and operating the till,
Serving speciality drinks and a range of foods.
Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
Opening and closing the cafe (including cashing up).
Training new team members.
Ordering/managing stock - including refilling and communicating with the chefs regarding any stock outs.
Assisting/planning events through out the year - including Easter, Mother's day, Father's Day, Halloween, Charity events and Seasonal Offers.
