What you'll do:
- Influence the evolution of their industrial and business landscape.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness through improved internal practices.
- Manage supplier performance (delivery & quality) for critical defence programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and optimize supply chains.
- Implement lean methodologies and advanced analysis techniques to continuously improve.
- Degree-level qualification in Supply Chain or a related field.
- Experience in international supply chain management within Aerospace, Defence, or Manufacturing.
- Proven track record of improving supplier performance using tools like DMAIC.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of suppliers, analyze lead times, and identify bottlenecks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis.
- Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with SC21 Practitioner principles (desirable).
