SalaryRobert Walters have partnered with a global manufacturing business to recruit a Supplier Planner.
The role is supporting new product introduction in the Global Supply Chain & Procurement projects team.
- Based in Greater Manchester.
- 2-3 days in the office.

Responsibilities:
* Support and develop the Supplier Planning team within New Product Introduction.
* Build a relationship with Manufacturing Operations.
* Supplier management.
* Drive improved delivery and inventory performance.
* Work as a team and collaborate to drive key decisions through the supply base.
About you:
* Previous experience working in a New Product environment.
* Experienced working in an MRP Planning background with a large ERP system, ideally SAP.
* Experience working with both suppliers, scheduled orders/PO's and within a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to negotiation and meet deadlines.
