Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage stock levels to meet customer demands and prevent stock-outs
- Conduct regular stock take to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies
- Enforce safety measures in the warehouse to create a secure and compliant work environment
- Implement and manage goods in/goods out procedures to maintain accurate inventory records
- Verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Ensure fulfilment of customer order requirements, managing order processing from inception to delivery
- Process customer orders with precision and timeliness
- Place supplier orders, coordinating closely with vendors to secure timely deliveries
- Generate and communicate customer quotations in a clear and professional manner
Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience of working in a fast paced logistics environment
- Knowledge of how to implement health and safety regulations
- Good knowledge of warehouse management system, Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP and basic accounting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A good level of general education or work place qualifications
