Supply Chain Account Manager

The role;
With an established and successful customer-focused division, we are excited to offer an opening to become an integral member as Supply Chain Account Manager. Working as part of a positive and committed team, this is a fantastic opportunity to manage dedicated customer accounts across an impressive portfolio of Fresh Produce categories, build strong relationships and provide a full service across the Supply Chain with responsibility for customer relations, stock management, production planning, forecasting, sales, and pricing.
In addition, as Supply Chain Account Manager, the successful individual will manage the performance of the customer support team and work closely with the Senior Account Manager to demonstrate and affirm the team’s ability to achieve the customer service standards expected.
  
The person;
Having worked within a similar sector, appreciating the demands and requirements of working with perishable products, the ability to work with multiple customers, processes and departments is crucial, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Demonstrable experience, skills, and sector requirements include:-
* Fresh Produce * Food * Perishable product arenas
Supply Chain management, to incorporate stock, sales, planning, forecasting
Customer management, working to build open, honest, and respected relationships
Confident navigating ERP systems and processes, utilising Supply Chain software Prophet to manage inventory and data
Demonstrating a passionate and professional approach, with the ability to work positively is imperative to becoming part of this focused and ardent team. Working to ensure a ‘team’ ethos, with support and encouragement promoted to all, this position will provide a commercially focused, Supply Chain experienced individual an outstanding opportunity to further develop and become part of an ever-expanding key provider within the Fresh Produce arena.

Working to provide a dedicated 7 days a week service to customers, this position will work as a crucial part of the team from Tuesday to Saturday.
