Key responsibilities will include:
- Placing purchase orders, tracking progress to ensure timely delivery and proactively addressing any delays.
- Monitoring inventory to ensure adequate supply for forecast demands.
- Coordinating shipments, customs clearance, and distribution activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Managing relationships with logistics partners to Identify and mitigate potential risks in the Supply Chain.
- Working with the Quality team to ensure effective supplier oversight and qualification.
- Adhering to quality control processes to minimise risk of product contamination, or other quality related issues.
- Maintaining accurate documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Keeping up to date with changes in regulations related to procurement and logistics.
